let me tell you I've been walking the path of early childhood education and business owner for over 25 years from Kindergarten assistant, Teacher, Childcare Director, Business Owner and everything in between, I’ve seen first hand how passionate educators are… and how overwhelmed we can feel when it comes to keeping all our documentation, links, and tools in one easy-to-manage place.

I was constantly looking for forms an bits of paper, stressing when my cordinator called wanting a copy of one form or another, not because I didn’t have it, but because I had to go find it, with all the other things happeing in the typical educator day how on earth was I finding a paper form, getting it scanned and emailing it to the office by 5pm That’s the pain point I kept running into and also one that I mangaed to solve for myself. After speaking with other educators I trealised this was a common pain point for them too, so I went on a mission to find a solution, I created my very firts template THE ORGNAISED EDUCATOR, after trying and testing a number of platforms to see what workded, I ended up creating a trello board that has been a game changer for me. There’s nothing I love more than helping others get rid of the overwhelm and getting their precious time back as well, to focus on the the important things like playing and learning with children so I am sharing the solutions that have worked for me.

Over the years, I’ve developed simple, effective systems that have brought calm to my own chaos and now I’m sharing those tools with you — so you can spend less time searching for stuff, and more time doing what you love (educating children)
